4. Payments

• We accept payments via international credit/debit cards, Stripe and PayPal.
• All payments must be completed before an order is dispatched.
• If payment is not completed, your order may be cancelled automatically.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed and prepared within up to 2 business days.
• Delivery times typically range from 3 to 12 business days, depending on the destination.
• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Customers can track orders via our Order Tracking page.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, courier disruptions or events outside our reasonable control.
• Any customs fees, import duties or local charges applicable in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy

• Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, intact and in its original packaging.
• Returns requested within the first 7 calendar days after delivery are free of charge.
• After 7 days and within 30 days, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where the product is defective or an error has occurred on our part.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Customised or clearance items are not eligible for a return or refund, unless defective.

7. Warranties and Liability

• We do not guarantee that access to our Services will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our Services.
• Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount paid for the product.
